Project Knowledge
At Asyla we have two main offerings:
- Project execution support (read more)
- Project knowledge support to develop and train in-house project capabilities
Project knowledge support
We support organizations to establish and build their own in-house teams to be able to effectively plan, lead, and execute projects themselves.
This is done by sharing proven, and globally recognized project management techniques and methodologies, as well as through a collection of lessons learned and best practices we’ve gathered from our own past experiences.
Our methodology
We derive our value by studying each individual client needs. Our first call to action will always be to invest enough time to study the nature of each project being proposed. We also carefully register the client’s needs and goals, as well as their capabilities, resources and experiences available, and constraints. This data collection phase is done by direct one-to-one discussions with the end-user of the project (not only the project sponsors or management teams), if needed site visits shall be conducted.
With enough background information about the nature of the project and associated landscape of the business, project planning begins utilizing universally accepted standards for project management such as PMI, Agile, PRINCE2, depending on what would be more beneficial to each specific case.
Each project plan is carefully tailored and custom built to suit the needs of the project and align with the business’ strategic goals.
Each project will be carefully studied, and scope will be clearly defined, documented, and agreed with the client. Depending on complexity and timeline the resources needed will be assessed.
Our project teams will be contracted on a per-project base. They will be selected based on experience level, background experience, and availability to match the project required by a client.
